Opening Manager for Go Hotels

We are looking for an Opening Manager with a focus on operations for Go Hotels.

Would you like to help open hotels and at the same time help develop Go Hotels as one cohesive chain?

We are a hotel chain in development, and we need you who can help ensure a smooth transition when new hotels join the chain.

The role

You will become a central person in connection with opening and taking over new hotels. You should help ensure that our systems, agreements and workflows are implemented, and that we make use of the many competences and experiences we already have across the organization.

At the same time you will have the opportunity to look at where we can do things smarter and more uniformly across the hotels – e.g. in operations, systems, purchasing and cooperation agreements.

You will among other things come to

· be central in opening and taking over new hotels

· create coherence and share best practice across the hotels

· spar with the Hotel Managers about operations, organization and efficiency

· identify opportunities for better utilization of our shared systems and agreements

· have a sense of where our size as a chain can create new opportunities

· collaborate closely with head office and the hotels

We expect of you

We attach at least as much importance to your approach, energy and way of collaborating as to your current experience.

You are proactive, curious and have a hands-on approach. You thrive on juggling many things, but also on taking action yourself when something needs to be solved.

You can both challenge and listen. You understand that good solutions must work in the real hotel daily life, and you have respect for the people who are responsible locally.

The employment

The position is a 1-year contract. We follow up on the role and the collaboration on an ongoing basis and have a joint dialogue about possibilities for a permanent solution.
