About the job

Are you an experienced operating room nurse who thrives in the operating theatre and has an eye for planning, flow and the good customer journey?

We are looking for a nurse for a combined position, where you will have a central role in the booking of operations and at the same time maintain your clinical connection to the operating room. During holidays and other absences you should also be willing to join the ward as part of the team. The position is 32 hours distributed over four days

Your tasks

You will among other things

  • plan and coordinate operating programs
  • ensure a good flow and a realistic utilization of capacity
  • work closely with surgeons, anaesthesiology, the operating theatre, the ward and the secretariat
  • work clinically as an operating room nurse
  • be part of the ward during holidays and other absences
  • contribute to simpler and more efficient workflows

We are looking for someone who

  • has a flair for planning and operating room bookings
  • works in a structured way and keeps an overview when the plan changes
  • takes responsibility for the entire customer journey
  • is flexible, helpful and solution-oriented

You do not need to be able to handle all parts of the operating booking from day one. The most important is that you understand the operation, learn quickly and want to develop yourself in the role.

What we offer

You will become part of a hospital with high professionalism, short decision-making paths and ambitions to continually improve. We take responsibility, help each other and speak up in time. You will have the opportunity to influence your own role and the development of our workflows.

The position is 32 hours distributed over four days. Working hours can be arranged flexibly based on operations.

We offer an attractive salary package including

  • Base salary according to collective agreement
  • 10 % special savings
  • 29 % evening allowance after 3:30 PM
  • health insurance
  • coffee, fruit and lunch scheme
  • at least two annual social events, including a summer event and Christmas lunch

Most of all you will become part of a growing company where we every day work to create an even better workplace.
