Operational Warehouse Coordinator

A modern production company in 6818 Årre is seeking an experienced warehouse worker / warehouse coordinator for a central role in the company's logistics and warehousing operations. The company works with advanced wood production, CNC machining and deliveries to well-known brands in the furniture industry. You will be a key person in the daily coordination and operation of the warehouse.

Your tasks

✅Daily coordination of warehouse activities

✅Operational leadership of a team of 4-5 employees

✅Planning and prioritization of tasks in collaboration with production

✅Location management, goods reception and dispatch

✅Work with Navision (warehouse, order flow, registration)

✅Use of scanner equipment for registration and warehouse management

✅Ensure correct documentation, warehouse counting and data quality

✅Optimization of workflows and warehouse processes

Your professional qualifications

☑️Experience as warehouse coordinator, team leader or similar role

☑️Familiarity with Navision is a clear advantage, but not a requirement

☑️Experience with scanner equipment and digital warehouse management

☑️Understanding of location management and structured warehouse setup

☑️Experience from production or the timber industry is a plus

☑️Danish or English at a level that ensures good communication

☑️Good IT skills and system understanding
