Operations Consultant for Operations and Maintenance in the Center for Traffic and Properties in Hvidovre Municipality

Do you want to help ensure the operation, maintenance and development of Hvidovre Municipality's properties? We are looking for an engaged operations consultant with solid building technical knowledge, who wants to work with the operation, maintenance and development of the municipality's buildings and technical installations. You will play a central role in ensuring well-functioning properties and contributing to the development of the future property management.

The position You will become part of Operation and Maintenance, where you together with the department's other employees have the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of Hvidovre Municipality's properties and technical installations.

With your building technical background you will play a central role in the department. Work takes place both in the office and on site at the properties, where you supervise, follow up on tasks and engage in dialogue with users and partners.

We emphasize the ability to drive projects, build good collaboration, and translate needs into concrete solutions.

You will have the opportunity to develop your own area of responsibility. This could, for example, be the role as primary contact person for housing associations that operate care centers, rehabilitation centers and protected housing, etc.

Your main tasks

• Project management of larger and smaller renovation tasks
• Planning and execution of projects within agreed time, quality and economy
• Tendering of operating tasks and obtaining offers
• Follow-up with contractors and suppliers
• Building registrations and maintenance of building data
• Consultation on operation, maintenance and building-related matters
• Ensure implementation of operating requirements in projects and handover from project to operation
• Contribute to the development of the municipality's real estate portfolio based on users' needs
• Manage dialogue with operators of elder care on the elderly housing area as well as other properties with external property owner
• Contribute to the development of the department's workflows and practices

• Have experience with project management and preferably construction site management
• Have knowledge of digital tools and operation and maintenance systems, preferably DaluxFM

Employment Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization with additions according to qualifications.

The position is 37 hours per week including lunch, with flexible working hours.
