Then you may be the operations coordinator we are looking for for the Cleaning South and Bikes unit. The maternity leave temporary position is a full-time role where you will have a central role in the daily operations and development of our unit.

About us

In Cleaning South and Bikes we work to ensure Copenhagen appears clean, accessible and inviting. We are an engaged team with a focus on development and collaboration, where we strive to create safe surroundings for both colleagues and Copenhageners. We believe that good results are created through knowledge sharing, responsibility and a strong sense of community. With us you get the opportunity for professional development, room to learn from mistakes – and plenty of humor in everyday life. Daily you will sit together with three colleagues in the office, so four in total who work closely on the tasks.

Your role

As an operations coordinator you will have a central role in ensuring an efficient and coherent daily operation. You collaborate closely with the unit head and colleagues in the unit to create a clean, safe and inviting city. You will become part of a cross-cutting coordinator network with a focus on professional sparring and knowledge sharing, and you will have fixed weekly sparring and coordination with the unit head and your operations coordinator colleague. Your tasks will include

  • plan and coordinate operational tasks
  • collaborate with workshops on material service and repairs
  • register deviations (vacation, leave, flex etc.) and other HR-related tasks
  • handle procurement, invoicing and goods receipt in SAP/Kvantum
  • answer and follow up on citizen inquiries
  • ensure that the operations site functions optimally, including arranging container emptying, site service etc.

We offer

We offer a job where you are part of an operations team, and where you contribute to making a concrete difference in the city’s everyday life. You will be part of a team where we focus on collaboration, development and well-being – and with plenty of humor, both good and bad! In addition we can offer

  • a professionally strong and helpful colleague community
  • opportunity for both professional and personal development through sparring and networking
  • a daily work with responsibility, variation and influence on your own tasks
  • flexibility and the possibility of remote work by agreement.

Salary and employment terms
