About the job

Do you want to help ensure a clean and inviting city? Do you thrive in creating structure and maintaining overview, even when there are many tasks at play? Are you good at planning, collaboration and using IT systems in daily work?

Then you may be the operations coordinator we are looking for for the Cleaning South and Bikes unit. The maternity leave cover is a full-time position, where you will play a central role in the daily operation and development of our unit.

About us

At Cleaning South and Bikes, we work to ensure Copenhagen appears clean, accessible and inviting. We are an engaged team with a focus on development and collaboration, where we strive to create safe frameworks for both colleagues and Copenhageners. We believe that good results are created through knowledge sharing, responsibility and a strong sense of community. With us you get the opportunity for professional development, room to learn from mistakes – and plenty of humor in everyday life.

On a daily basis you will sit together with three colleagues in the office, so we are four in total who work closely together on the tasks.

Your role

As an operations coordinator you will play a central role in ensuring an efficient and coherent daily operation. You will work closely with the unit head and colleagues in the unit to create a clean, safe and inviting city. You will become part of a cross-unit coordinator network focused on professional sparring and knowledge sharing, and you will have regular weekly sparring and coordination with the unit head and your operations coordinator colleague. Your tasks will include, among others, to

  • plan and coordinate operational tasks
  • collaborate with workshops on equipment service and repairs
  • record deviations (leave, time off, flex, etc.) and other HR-related tasks
  • handle purchases, invoicing and goods receipt in SAP/Kvantum
  • answer and follow up on citizen inquiries
  • ensure that the operations site functions optimally, including arranging container emptying, site maintenance, etc.

We offer

We offer a job where you are part of operations, and where you help make a concrete difference in the city’s daily life. You become part of a team where we focus on collaboration, development and well-being – and with plenty of room for humor, both good and bad! In addition, we can offer

  • a professionally strong and helpful colleague community
  • opportunity for professional as well as personal development through sparring and networking
  • a everyday life with responsibility, variety and influence on your own tasks
  • flexibility and the possibility of remote work by agreement

Salary and employment terms

The maternity leave cover is a full-time position at 37 hours per week with an employment period as soon as possible until February 29, 2028. Employment is performed under the applicable collective agreement.
