Would you like to run the daily operations of one of Copenhagen's most popular Middle Eastern restaurants? Gaza Grill is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager who can ensure efficient service, high food quality and excellent customer satisfaction, and who can contribute to the continued growth of the restaurant.

Gaza Grill is an organic Middle Eastern restaurant and take-away located at Fælledvej on Nørrebro, Copenhagen.

About the position

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant's daily operations and work closely with the branch manager on staff management and planning.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Managing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and high food quality
• Managing staff and preparing work schedules in cooperation with the branch manager
• Coordinating kitchen and front-of-house operations
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety and own-check (egenkontrol) procedures
• Managing inventory, purchasing and supplier relationships
• Monitoring costs and reducing waste
• Following up on customer satisfaction and online reviews
• Identifying sales opportunities and supporting the continued growth of Gaza Grill

About you

We expect that you

• Have a relevant education within business or management, e.g. a degree in Business Management
• Have experience from restaurant, café or hospitality operations
• Are a clear and motivating leader who can coordinate a team
• Have a good understanding of costs, purchasing and operational targets
• Work in a structured manner and remain calm during busy periods
• Are service-minded and focused on the guest experience
• Can communicate in English; Danish is an advantage
• Are available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
