On behalf of Mølbak VVS & Energiteknik A/S Moment is looking for a construction manager to a newly created position in Lille Skensved. Here you will have a central role in an established family business where quality, good craftsmanship and satisfied customers have been the focus since 1971.

As a construction manager you will be the right-hand to managing director Anders Mølbak and will have a close collaboration with the companys bids manager and financial manager. You will be responsible for leading the installers on construction sites and will be involved in hiring new colleagues.

Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility

• Manage commercial and industrial contracts
• Estimate tasks and prepare proposals (Mølbak uses CalWin).
• Plan, coordinate and lead up to 10-15 installers per assignment
• Supervise on construction sites and participate in construction meetings.
• See the contracts through to completion and ensure a professional handover.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, customers and colleagues.
• Contribute to proactive sales among customers and in the companys network.

Your base will be Mølbaks office in Lille Skensved, but the job will also take you to construction sites on Zealand. There is an opportunity for home office to a limited extent when the tasks permit.

Working hours are generally between 7:00 and 16:00 with flexibility.

Who are you?

You have a plumbing trade background (installer or fitter) and solid experience with tender calculation as well as a sense for good commercial sense.

• work independently and responsibly.
• communicate clearly and have a direct and honest approach to collaboration.
• have experience with CalWin or a similar estimation program and familiarity with Word.
• Speak and write Danish at a high level
