About the job
- would you like to be part of building something special?
Here is the job where your overview, your experience and your collaboration skills make a direct difference to the daily lives of residents and staff. You have solid leadership experience and you can translate your experience into clear and present leadership in daily practice.
At Rosenlund we are building something new. You will become part of a newly formed leadership community, where we dare to try things, support each other and do things properly – together.
Our most important success parameter is residents’ well-being and good everyday life, and that attitude permeates our entire approach.
About Unikahuset – would you lead a place where relationships and Recovery are at the center?
Unikahuset is part of Rosenlund Care Homes. Here younger people with psychiatric disorders and a current or past substance use live. We believe that a good life is created through trust, strong communities, high professionalism and respect for each individual's right to self-determination.
The staff group at Unikahuset is stable and experienced. They know the citizens and the task inside out. Your most important task will be to be the unifying figure who ensures a clear shared direction, creates good, safe frameworks and manages to bring the team together so that everyone’s competencies come into play in daily practice. You should thrive in a leadership role that requires high presence, and where the foundation is built through daily relationships.
Our professional foundation
- Citizens' right to self-determination and recovery-oriented approach are the starting point.
- Person-centered care (Tom Kitwood's ideas) shapes daily life and the decisions you make.
- Health Act and interdisciplinary collaboration constitute the framework for the effort.
- Relationships and communities are seen as an active part of rehabilitation.
Who are you, and what do you bring?
You have a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or vocational education within the health or social care field. You are trained as a nurse, pedagogue or social and health care assistant (SSA).
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following
- Professional ballast: You have experience from the municipal sector, the psychiatric field or the social sector (e.g., psychiatric wards, residential facilities or geriatrics).
- Leadership experience: You have documented experience with leadership, coordination or management of professional processes. You are passionate about staff leadership and know how to motivate and set direction.
- Listening and investigative leadership style: You know that good results are created in collaboration. Certainty is not your forte; you lead with a curious approach, actively seek staff perspectives and invite open dialogue and sparring.
- Clear, inclusive and present: You can frame tasks in a clear, fair and transparent way. You can create a work environment with high psychological safety, where there is room for differences, and where disagreements are handled constructively.
- Focus on structure and resources: You are good at creating the structure that provides calm behind the scenes so that staff can succeed in daily practice. You can plan based on the given resources and adjust the plan in close dialogue with your team.
A workplace and a leadership team in development
The leadership group at Rosenlund has a number of new faces, who together have plenty of experience. The head of Rosenlund (who started in November 2025) is working purposefully to create a workplace where employees thrive, and where residents live the life they want.
We are honest about the fact that we are in a process where we collectively build a new culture and structure from the ground up. We have already started initiatives such as newsletters, better communication channels and a sharp focus on the psychosocial work environment. If you want a leadership role that is as much about culture and team spirit as about operations, you will fit in perfectly with us.
