About the job

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for a team of deliverers and for ensuring that the delivery operation runs efficiently and meets our quality standards. You will be a key part of the daily operations, where planning, coordination, and personnel management go hand in hand.

The position focuses on night shifts, where you, together with the other operations managers, work to ensure that deliveries are carried out correctly and on time. You will have a varied daily routine, where you must be able to handle urgent challenges and work on solutions that strengthen the operation in the long term.

You will become part of an operations management group where collaboration and sparring are essential to find the best solutions and ensure a stable and efficient distribution.

Your main tasks

• Have the daily operational responsibility for a number of deliverers at your location.
• Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure an efficient distribution.
• Follow up on quality and ensure that our standards are upheld.
• Conduct employee conversations and monitor employees’ well-being and development.
• Motivate and support your employees in daily operations.
• Collaborate and spar with the other operations managers to optimize workflows and operations.
• Handle challenges in the operation and ensure progress – even when pace is high.

Have several years of leadership experience, preferably from an operations-oriented organization. You are accustomed to taking responsibility, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everyday life runs smoothly – also when unforeseen situations arise.

• Have experience with people management and are motivated by developing your employees.

About the team

You will become part of the Distribution team, which is responsible for the delivery operation in Sønderborg and the surrounding area. You will work closely with the other operations managers who together ensure that the delivery runs efficiently and on time.

You will be attached to the distribution center in Sønderborg and report to your local operations manager, whom you will work with to ensure stable operations, high quality, and ongoing improvements.
