Operator

For one of Denmark's leading asphalt producers Randstad is seeking a mixing operator for a varied daily routine

For our partner located in Uldum Randstad is seeking an operator for an exciting and varied full-time position at a company where you rarely experience two days that are the same.

About the position

Can you see yourself in a production company with responsibility for monitoring, adjusting and operating production plants? If so, this position is just right for you. You will receive thorough on-the-job training and the right introductory program, so you are well prepared to perform the tasks in daily life at an asphalt mixing station where you, together with a small team, ensure that everything runs smoothly and receive different hauliers who will collect loads from you.

Your educational background is not decisive, but we would like you to have a good technical understanding. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have experience operating production plants and a general process understanding. This could, for example, originate from previous work as a process/industrial operator or farmer/machine operator with insight into troubleshooting and repairing plants. It is also advantageous if you have a forklift certificate, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position.

Working hours

Production starts at 05:00 in the morning, and you are employed for 37 hours per week. As the work is partly seasonal, during peak season expect up to 45-50 hours per week. All hours over 37 are paid with allowances according to the collective agreement.

The tasks are

• Monitoring and setting of the plant
• Quality assurance of the plant
• Troubleshooting and repair of the plant

We expect

• You have either a background and/or experience within the above areas
• You are responsible and reliable
• You are self-driven and independent but can work in teams
• You are a top performer

We offer

• Collective agreement terms
• Opportunity for professional development and greater responsibility in your tasks
• Permanent employment from the start
