Operator for Sales

Do you have experience from process- or food production, technical understanding and an eye for quality? We are seeking two skilled operators for our Dispensing Department at Lactosan's production site in Ringe.

As part of Dispensing you will have a central role in the final part of our production process. Here you, together with your colleagues, help ensure that our finished products are handled correctly and meet our high requirements for quality, hygiene and food safety.

You will become part of a professionally strong production team where we help each other, take responsibility for the operation and work together to make the production run as smoothly as possible.

Your tasks

In Dispensing you work closely with both the product and the production equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring and operating the dispensing process and respond when the process or equipment requires adjustment.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Operation and monitoring of dispensing lines
• Dispensing and handling of finished products
• Ongoing process and quality control
• Adjustment of equipment and process parameters to ensure stable operation and the right product quality
• Documentation and recording in connection with production
• Start-up and shutdown of production equipment in connection with production and cleaning
• Cleaning of production equipment and related areas
• Ensuring a high level of production hygiene and food safety
• Collaboration with colleagues and other production areas for an efficient production flow

In daily work we also use SCADA iFIX and Dynamics 365.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are trained as a process operator or dairy worker or have built up similar relevant experience from process- or food production.

Experience with dispensing, automated production lines or similar production equipment is an advantage, but the most important is that you have a good process understanding, technical interest and a desire to learn our production thoroughly.

Working hours and employment terms

Production at Lactosan runs 24/7. The working hours follow a 6-week rotating schedule with shifts on day, evening and night. It is therefore a condition that you thrive with changing working hours and see shift work as a natural part of the job.
