Operator for the evening shift

We are looking for an operator for our evening shift, where we offer you a workday with freedom under responsibility, independent frameworks and space in our production team. There is also the possibility to accumulate flex time when conditions permit. As we are part of the Grundfos family, you will also have access to a strong health insurance and equity plan. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 15:05-23:35 and Friday 14:35-19:35.

Role

Despite the heading, you don't need to be a heart surgeon – you can actually be unskilled and still get to work with hearts. You come as an operator on our manual rotor line to be responsible for the production of the hearts, also called rotors, for Grundfos' pumps. You will become part of a team where safety, quality and manually efficient work are the foundation. Not efficient as in 'work faster' but efficient as in 'We do things smart, safe and with excellent quality'.

Every defect we send out the door is potentially a 20,000,- pump that can fail and thus negatively affect Grundfos’ reputation as the world's best pump manufacturer. Our quality control is the first prerequisite for us to send good rotors out; the right operator (you?) is the second.

Success criteria

We are looking for a stable and responsible team player with industrial experience. Your main success criteria are:

• Industrial foundation and go-getter: You have experience from the manufacturing industry (not necessarily with metal), and your hands are well skilled. You speak and read Danish and are comfortable using IT and tablets as natural aids in production.
• Quality through care: You are quality-conscious, take responsibility and react quickly if errors occur. You know that precision and thoroughness are crucial for the final product.
• Strong team player: You have a positive attitude to your work and the people around you. You enjoy being part of a small team where you are mutually dependent on each other to reach the goal.
• Flexible and proactive: There are times when you need to be in other departments, so it is important that you have the courage to also learn about other machines and topics.
