On behalf of Danmat Iso Systems Randstad is seeking an experienced and responsible assembler. You will in operations primarily be responsible for ensuring an optimal production flow, which requires planning and quick adaptation in case of machine stoppage or other changes. In addition you will handle the practical operation, including machine setup, changing rollers with raw materials, and participation in the general production work.

your tasks

You will actively join the production team, which consists of 12 employees, and you will become a central part of the operation, where it is expected that you participate in the daily production flow. Your tasks are varied, but your core task will be to ensure and coordinate the daily management of the operation.

In addition your tasks will include

• Coordination of order production with their warehouse
• Light troubleshooting on machines
• Commissioning of machines
• Changing molds on machines
• Receiving production materials
• Forklift driving

Danmat Iso Systems has for more than 45 years produced PVC bends for technical pipe insulation. Their product portfolio consists of PVC film in rolls, accessories for PVC cladding and vent caps. The company has been based in Ølstykke since 1977 and employs 20 people, of which 17 are in production and the warehousing and logistics function. Since 2017 Danmat Iso Systems has been part of the global Armacell group, which employs more than 3,300 people worldwide and has 27 production plants across 19 countries. They specialize in two areas; advanced insulation and technical foam.

your profile

Your educational background is not decisive. However, it is an advantage if you have experience with plastic production and/or have knowledge of plastic materials. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with planning operations and coordinating production tasks
• Has practical experience with setup, commissioning and light troubleshooting on production machines
• Works in a structured, independent and systematic way
• Is a team player and contributes positively to the team
• Can speak, read and understand Danish

Driver's license B and forklift license are an advantage, but not required.

You will become part of a growing company with a flat organizational structure. This is a full-time position with working hours Monday-Thursday from 07:00 to 15:45 and Friday from 07:00 to 12:00. The salary depends on your qualifications. In addition you will receive other collective agreement allowances, according to the industry collective agreement.
