About Mariagerfjord Municipality

Mariagerfjord Municipality is one of Denmark's most beautiful municipalities with a unique and varied nature by forest, beach and fjord. We are centrally located between Aalborg and Aarhus and are thus a link between Northern Jutland and the rest of the country. Our goal is clear: We want more, and there is room for more. Therefore we focus on creating the best framework for our approximately 42,000 citizens, for our businesses and for the development of the municipality.

In Mariagerfjord Municipality we want all our 3,400 employees to experience themselves as an important part of the community. We have the freedom to bring our competencies and ideas into play, so we solve the core task in the best possible way and make a difference for our citizens. We focus on psychological safety and show respect for each other's differences. Everyone takes shared responsibility for the community and the task, and therefore we also place great emphasis on a well-functioning collaboration in the MED-organization.

We see diversity as a strength and therefore encourage all interested applicants to apply for a job with us, regardless of personal background.
