About the job
With us it should be pleasant to be. It should be a home where we ourselves would like to live. Together with residents, we should create good experiences in everyday life; large and small. If the wish is a trip out into the blue – we try to create the possibility for it. If the resident needs closeness and presence, we sit down together.
We work across disciplines and rehabilitative, and it always starts from the residents' wishes. We collaborate, of course, with our nursing home council, volunteers and the residents' families. Everyone should be a natural and respected part of daily life at Malling Nursing Home.
At Malling Nursing Home you will play a key role in supporting that every day we work systematically and structurally to develop a high health-professional quality in the care, treatment and support we provide. As a liberated nursing home, the care pathway model has been changed, so we document only what is necessary, and as a helper you play a significant role so that we together reach the goal. We are an active training site for nursing students. We have a clinical supervisor with whom you should be in ongoing dialogue to ensure future colleagues the best possible foundation.
We have a close and good collaboration with the nursing home doctors from Malling Medical House.
