Senior consultants (2-3) sought for OPUS/Outpatient Clinic for Psychoses, Aalborg University Hospital, Department of General Psychiatry, Aalborg.

In the area of psychoses we work specialized with assessment and treatment of patients with primarily psychotic disorders. The area includes two outpatient clinics, namely OPUS with a regional 2-year treatment offer for young adults with a newly diagnosed psychotic disorder, and Ambulatory for Psychoses, where we work according to the FACT model with individually tailored offers to patients with psychotic disorders and in addition two inpatient wards S1 and S2 with a total of 36 beds.

Om jobbet

The vacant positions are attached to the area of psychoses primarily with function either in OPUS or in Ambulatory for Psychoses, where you as a senior physician will have a particularly important role in the form of co-leadership responsibility for the professional tasks the outpatient handles.

You will carry out this task in close collaboration with the treatment team as well as the outpatient manager and the chief physician in the outpatient, where together you focus on coordination of daily operations, collaboration and work environment. You will also have close collaboration with colleagues internally in the area.

Du vil naturligt indgå i den faglige udvikling omkring psykoselidelser sammen med det øvrige personale, herunder speciallæger, ledende overlæge, specialpsykologer og senior forskere, og vi forventer, at du i passende omfang deltager i de udviklings- og forskningstiltag området har. Endelig vil du have supervisions- og undervisningsopgaver i forhold til egen faggruppe, øvrigt personale og medicinstuderende.

Almenpsykiatrisk Afdeling, Aalborg har et særligt fokus på udvikling af uddannelsesmæssige opgaver i forhold til medicinstuderende. Uddannelse af studerende er en af Psykiatriens kerneopgaver, som alle medarbejdere bidrager til.

Almenpsykiatrisk Afdeling , Aalborg omfatter fem områder med åbne- og intensive sengeafsnit, en psykiatrisk skadestue med modtagelse og en omfattende ambulant funktion.

Afdelingens sengeafsnit er samlet i Hospitalsbyen, mens alle ambulatorierne samles i et Ambulatoriehus på Brandevej i løbet af foråret 2027.
