Paddehatten is an integrated institution with 150 children aged 0 – 6 years, located in Grejs, a suburb of Vejle. We are distributed across 3 toddler groups, 2 between groups, and 5 kindergarten groups.

We are seeking an educator for our kindergarten for 37 hours per week - with the possibility to arrange a different number of hours.

In each kindergarten group, one educator and one assistant work closely together to create a safe and developmental everyday life for the children. We work a lot across classrooms with a focus on community and relational aspects. As an educator, it is therefore important to be able to take leadership, but at the same time seek sparring and be curious with your colleagues.

We place emphasis on you being able to take responsibility and initiative while also wanting to be part of the community. We are looking for a colleague who wants to be part of Paddehatten and, together with us, create good days for the children.

Start date 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Paddehatten is an age-integrated institution with children located locally in Grejs not far from fields and forest. On the premises we have nice outdoor areas with, among other things, a bonfire hut, play equipment and space for various actions and play environments.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to collective agreement and the principles of NY Salary.

Information about starting salary

Employment takes place according to the collective agreement for educators in day care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc., sections 4-9. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is 32,511 DKK / lies in the range 32,511 DKK to 37,458 DKK depending on seniority. It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
