Paddehatten is an integrated institution with 150 children aged 0–6 years, located in Grejs, a suburb of Vejle. We are spread across 3 toddler groups, 2 preschool groups and 5 kindergarten groups.

We are looking for a pedagogue for our kindergarten for 37 hours a week – with the possibility of agreeing a different number of hours.

In each kindergarten group, a pedagogue and an assistant work closely together to create a safe and developing everyday life for the children. We work a lot across rooms with a focus on community and relational aspects. As a pedagogue, it is therefore important to be able to take leadership, but at the same time to seek sparring and be curious with your colleagues.

We place importance on you being able to take responsibility and initiative while wanting to be part of the community. We are looking for a colleague who wants to be part of Paddehatten and together with us create good days for the children.

Start date 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

At Paddehatten we work with professionalism and development and aim to create good contexts in the children’s lives. We focus among other things on a good transition, play, learning, joy of life, learning environments and development.

At Paddehatten we have a close collaboration with each other, where everyone’s resources are used and developed. The good tone, the sense of community and the close collaboration are valued and given high weight in the house.

Likewise, close collaboration with our parents is a natural and important part of our work.

Paddehatten is an age-integrated institution with locally located children in Grejs not far from fields and forest. On the premises we have lovely outdoor areas with, among other things, a fire hut, play equipment and space for different activities and play environments.

Salary and employment terms according to collective agreement and the principles of NY Salary.
