Pedagogue or PA sought for maternity leave cover at Sankelmarksvej

We are indeed looking for a maternity leave replacement for Sankelmarksvej, which is a 24-hour care home in Vordingborg.

Residents' quality of life and health focus

Residents have, among other things, a need for structure, equal communication, and support for social activities. You must be able to meet the residents at eye level and, together with them, find and cultivate their success experiences. We work from a fundamental neuropedagogical conviction, where each resident's resources, needs, and interests are cultivated so that everyone living at Sankelmarksvej increases their opportunities for enhanced quality of life. Quality of life and health go hand in hand for us, and there is always a focus on both physical and mental health.

A stable everyday life

Residents generally need support with finances, relationships/conflict management, all practical tasks in their own home, including tidying and cleaning, shopping, maintaining employment, and structuring the day. There are 20 residents living here, all of whom need support around the clock, with individual needs and with different forms of resources. The resident group includes people with physical and mental functional impairments, where transferring and personal hygiene are a large and natural part of the staff's daily work.

Good team collaboration

You will become part of a team with good collaboration and you have a strong interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, both internally and externally. We work according to the center's and Vordingborg Municipality's values and visions of showing respect for the individual and supporting basic and social needs in everyday life.

Your working hours

The position is 37 hours per week, with rotating shifts in the form of day, evening and every other weekend.

The temporary position runs from 1 November 2026 (or as soon as possible) until 15 October 2027
