Educator wanted for Agertoften

At Agertoften we are currently looking for a pedagogue for a permanent position with start as soon as possible.

The position is full-time.

Our everyday life

At Agertoften we work with young people and adults with autism and/or ADHD as well as comorbid diagnoses.

Common to the target group is the need for clear frameworks, familiar structure, predictability and safe relationships.

We have 10 approved places and work in spacious and homely settings where relationships and presence are in focus.

Our outdoor area forms the framework for many of everyday life’s good moments. We have, among other things, a swing set, a trampoline and a campfire area.

Here there is snobrød over the fire, ball games on the grass and cozy moments created through small shared experiences.

We also prioritise shared experiences outside Agertoften, where we, among other things, go on trips to the swimming hall and the local sports hall. Here there is the opportunity for movement, activity and good moments together in a safe framework, where the community and the individual’s needs are in focus.

Your tasks

You will become an important part of the residents’ daily life and must, among other things:

• Create structure and predictability
• Support and guide in daily life
• Relationship work with a focus on well-being and development
• Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism
• Document and follow up on interventions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management
