We are seeking an educator in a fixed-term position of about 1 year - with the possibility of extension as of 1 December 2026, or shortly thereafter. We are happy to wait for the right candidate profile. The position is 32 hours, and mainly in the kindergarten department’s preschool group.

We are looking for an educator with a positive outlook on life and humanity. An employee who can work independently, reflectively and preferably with musical or creative abilities. We need an educator who has knowledge and experience with interdisciplinary work with various sparring partners such as PPR, as well as experience with documentation work.

Børnebo in Lyne is a private nursery and kindergarten in development with a focus on maintaining a high pedagogical professionalism in everyday activities. Børnebo is currently normed to 35 children, of which 9 are nursery children. We have small groups and are present and trust-building towards the children, their parents and in the collegial collaboration, so we can offer a safe everyday life with focus on the well-being and joy of each child. We emphasize outdoor life and use nature and the city’s forest area on weekly forest days for large parts of the year.

We therefore want you to contribute with your knowledge and experiences, and be able to think innovatively and be open to developing the pedagogical practice. We use KIDS as a tool for evaluation and quality development and we work based on the strengthened pedagogical curriculum.
