Educator wanted for nursery

Henvi Huset Funder- Lysbro seeks a pedagogue for a permanent position between 33 and 37 hours as of 1. January 2027

We are a private institution for ages 0-6 years with 45 kindergarten children and 48 nursery children.

At Henvi Huset, we are currently seeking a pedagogue for our nursery group. We are looking for you who are passionate about working with and making a difference for children aged 0-3 years. We are looking for you who see opportunities and want to develop and implement. The nursery consists of 3 groups, with space for 15 children in each group.

It is an advantage that you are a trained pedagogue, but we also keep our eyes open for other possibilities. You could be trained in health (e.g., occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist), nature (e.g., biologist or nature guide) or within a creative field. The most important is that you are professionally skilled and able to see and use the connection to your profession in our everyday life together. Henvi Huset is a house with opportunities and room for development.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, present, and acknowledging in their approach to the children. You must be good at reading children's signals and meeting them where they are. You must be curious about children's behavior, and able to use your experiences and professional knowledge in your daily practice and in shared reflections. We are looking for an adult who is patient and gives the children space to try themselves and develop through both play and everyday routines.

You understand the importance of good and close parent collaboration and value dialogue about development and well-being for each individual child.

We are looking for a colleague who wants to be part of our team. You must be good at collaborating about both children, daily tasks, and shared reflections. You must be willing to and able to reflect on your own practice – also together with your colleagues. Together we take responsibility for making ourselves and others succeed.
