Børnehuset Espergærde opened in 2023 and is a kindergarten house we are building together around a strong pedagogical vision. Our professional foundation rests on nature and outdoor life combined with a professional approach supported by the new view of childhood and neuro-pedagogy. This means that we meet cada child with curiosity and understanding of who they are and what prerequisites they have to participate in the community.

Now we are looking for an educator for our kindergarten department who wants to be an active part of our continued development.

For us, nature is a learning space

The forest, the playgrounds, Flynderupgård and the local area are a natural part of our everyday life. We use the many opportunities outdoors to strengthen the children’s social skills, self-reliance, curiosity and sense of adventure.

When children climb on fallen tree trunks, help each other on trips or explore small creatures in the forest floor, valuable learning moments arise, which we support with our professionalism.

The position is essentially 37 hours and with start on 1/1-27.
