Early childhood educator for the kindergarten at Mini-Max - 37 hours per week

Can you see the magic in a stick, a mud hole or a bug on the playground? Do you believe that learning, development and strong communities grow through play and curiosity? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

At Børnehuset Mini-Max we are seeking a pedagogue for our kindergarten, 37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027. We are looking for a colleague who wants to become part of a house filled with energy, community and professional ambition.

With us, no day is the same. One day we build forts, explore life on the playground or immerse ourselves in imaginative role-playing. The next day we work with friendships, communities and the children’s many small and large discoveries. The most important is that the children meet attentive adults who see them, follow their lead and help them find their place in the community.

We dream of a colleague who

• meets children with warmth, curiosity and commitment
• has the courage to be an active co-creator of playful learning environments
• can create safe relationships with both children, parents and colleagues
• contributes professionally and reflectively to the development of our pedagogical practice
• sees the strength in collaboration and wishes to succeed together with others

At Mini-Max you get

• a house with heart, humor and room to grow
• engaged colleagues who help each other and make each other look good
• opportunity to influence the pedagogical development
• a strong working community with a focus on both professionalism and well-being
• a day-to-day life where presence, play and relationships are the foundation for a good childhood

Come and feel Mini-Max

A job advertisement can tell a lot, but not how it feels to be part of a house.

Therefore you are very welcome to contact the pedagogical leader Asger Conrad Zinck at tel. 22 22 32 50 for a non-binding chat about the position, everyday life and the community at Mini-Max.

If you like, we are also happy to offer a cup of coffee and a tour, so you can experience the atmosphere in the house and meet some of the people you may need to work with.

Børnehuset Mini-Max is part of Dagtilbud District Sletten, which together consists of five kindergartens and 16 day carers. Our district is characterized by good humor, flexibility and a playful and learning-oriented approach. We work for a strong working community where the core task is central.

Expected salary range will be disclosed at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after specific negotiations with the professional association.

Criminal record and child protection checks will be obtained before employment can take place
