About the job
At Trongård School we know that strong relationships make a difference. Therefore we are seeking a pedagogue for our full-time support function, who with professional expertise, presence and clarity can support students with special needs in their school day.
We are looking for a colleague who can establish trusting relationships, recognise each student's resources and contribute to more students experiencing themselves as an active part of the school's academic and social communities.
You will be an important part of the work to support students with special needs in the early years and in the middle grades. In close collaboration with teachers, parents, management and the school's resource staff you will work to create safe, developmental and inclusive learning environments where all students have the opportunity to thrive and develop.
We are looking for a pedagogue who
- Is professionally grounded and relationship-smart.
- Has experience with or an interest in working with children with special needs.
- Can create structure, safety and predictability in the students' daily life.
- Is flexible and thrives with a varied workday.
- Communicates clearly and constructively with both parents, colleagues and partners.
- Sees the value of cross-disciplinary collaboration and shared solutions.
With us you get
- Engaged students and parents.
- Skilled, development-oriented and dedicated colleagues.
- Management with open doors.
- A school with a strong appetite for pedagogical development and room for new ideas.
- Opportunity to make a concrete difference for children who need extra support in everyday life.
- Focus on inclusive communities and the supporting functions needed to create participation opportunities for all students.
At Trongård School we operate on a trust-based approach and with a shared ambition to create the best conditions for both students and staff. We believe that good solutions are created in collaboration, and that a good working environment is a shared responsibility.
