At Grævlingestuen we work with children who have often experienced that the world is a little too fast, a little too unpredictable or a little too difficult to understand. Therefore, our task is not to make the children fit into everyday life. Our task is to create a everyday life that gives them the opportunity to succeed. Start date: January 1, 2027 with the possibility of earlier.

Daily life at Grævlingestuen

Grævlingestuen houses the base placements for Allerød Municipality. Currently there are seven children with special needs here who need more calm, clear structure and alternative pedagogical frameworks to thrive.

With us, structure is not a limitation but a security. Pictograms are not decoration - they are part of our common language. Transitions are planned with care because they matter. We work from action plans and strategies that we actively use in daily life to support the small but important steps in the children's development. And we do it together. For no one faces a challenge alone, and no one celebrates a success without sharing it.

We closely collaborate with parents, we spar with each other, and we hold fast to a common direction, even when daily life requires flexibility.
