Educator for the Idea Factory in Løvdalen

Some citizens come with an idea they want to bring to life. Others do not yet know what gives them the urge to participate. As a pedagogue at Idéfabrikken you help them find direction, possibilities and the belief that their ideas can become reality.

You will be the first pedagogue in our creative workshop, so you will have a great influence on how the pedagogical professionalism becomes a part of everyday life.

At Idéfabrikken we start from the individual

Idéfabrikken is our creative workshop. Here citizens participate in, among other things, music, drawing, painting, text, images and video.

Some citizens are motivated by joint projects. Others need quiet to immerse themselves in something that is their own. Therefore we do not start with a task. We start with the person.

Together with the citizen you find out what makes sense, creates motivation and strengthens participation in everyday life. Sometimes the wishes are clear. Other times you help to find them.

Idéfabrikken contains both sheltered employment under the Danish Service Act § 103 and day activity and fellowship offers under § 104.

You make a difference in everyday life

As a pedagogue at Idéfabrikken you will, among other things, be able to

• develop and implement activities together with the citizens
• translate ideas into concrete and meaningful processes
• support the citizens based on their goals and resources
• create a safe and recognizable structure with space for different ways to participate
• document the pedagogical efforts and contribute to status descriptions

You use what you see and experience in everyday life in collaboration with your colleagues, so we together can create the best possibilities for the citizens.

You become part of a strong community

You work closely with a team coordinator, two employment officers and a music teacher.

We come with different professional backgrounds, but we share the ambition to create meaningful communities and good days for the citizens. We use each other actively for sparring, idea development and support when we are faced with something that requires new perspectives.

With us we are more focused on the person than the diagnosis.

Is it you we are looking for?

You must

• be a trained pedagogue
• have a driving license (B)
• be able to work independently and take initiative
• be able to translate your professional expertise into concrete support for the individual citizen

It is an advantage if you have experience from the adult special needs field. If you have an interest in creative activities, music or crafts, we would also like to hear about it.

You do not need to be able to do all the activities already taking place at Idéfabrikken. The most important thing is that you are curious about people and want to develop activities together with them.

Practical information

The position is on average 37 hours per week. Working hours are generally on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00. Evening and weekend work may occur for events and the like.

Your fixed workplace is Idéfabrikken, but you will have a cross-functional support role in Løvdalen.
