Educator for Lunden – perhaps your next adventure is right here

Educator at Lunden

Imagine a workday where you start the morning being greeted by little arms around your legs, an eager story about the weekend's biggest experience, and a child who has been looking forward to you arriving.

In Lunden we are looking for an educator for our nursery who would like to help create safe, fun and meaningful days for the youngest children. An educator who knows that working with small children is about much more than routines. It's about relationships, presence, laughter, comfort, curiosity and the countless small moments that help shape a child's view of the world.

We are looking for you, who can immerse yourself in pedagogy and be delighted by a worm, a puddle or a tower of blocks. You who meet the children at eye level and see their initiatives as the beginning of something important. You who want to join a strong community where we help each other, laugh together and develop our practice collectively.

Lunden is the largest department in Kløvedalen and lies in beautiful surroundings in Charlottenlund. With the forest, the sea and the racecourse as neighbors, there are many possibilities, and we are happy to use our cargo bikes for small and large adventures in the local area. Here there is room for curiosity, movement and experiences, and we believe that children learn best when they are allowed to explore the world together with trusted adults.

In the house you meet engaged colleagues with different experiences and perspectives. Some have been here for a long time, others are newer forces, but common to us is that we are passionate about the children and about a good working life. We prioritise professional sparring, reflection and development, and we want to create frameworks where both children and adults thrive.

With us you get a workplace with high professionalism, a leader who listens, colleagues who back you up, and good opportunities for professional development. But most of all you get the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of small people every day.

If you can see yourself in it, we would love to meet you. Drop by for a cup of coffee and an informal chat, or send us your application right away.

We look forward to hearing your story and perhaps welcoming you to Lunden. 💚
