We are initially seeking an educator for 37 hours, but we are very flexible . Do you dream of 25, 30 or 35 hours? Then we will figure it out. For us, the most important thing is that we find the right colleagues, and that your work life and private life fit well together. About the position and our new oasis

We have started a completely new competence group for four children aged 2-6 years with special needs. The children are attached to the competence group Skyen which functions as a charging base for their everyday life. A "calm oasis" – with fewer stimuli, high predictability and clear structure. Your task will be to help the children move safely between the protected environment and the larger, general pedagogical community. You do this in close, committed cooperation with the other educators in the house and PPR, which ensures you fixed supervision. We are looking for an educator:

• Strong in relationships – both to children, parents and colleagues.
• Has experience from the general education sector and can bridge between the general and the specialized.
• Adaptable and structured – you can stay calm and adjust the framework when the children's needs change.
• Sees action plans as an active tool to create direction and successes for the individual child.
• A team player with a willingness to try new ideas.
