We are flexible – what suits you?

We are as a starting point seeking an educator for 37 hours, but we are very flexible . Do you dream of 25, 30 or 35 hours? Then we will figure it out. For us the most important is that we find the right colleagues, and that your work-life and private life fit well together.

About the position and our new oasis

We have started a completely new competence group for four children aged 2-6 with special needs. The children are attached to the competence group Skyen which functions as an uplifting base for their everyday life. A "calm oasis" – with fewer stimuli, high predictability and clear structure. Your task will be to help the children move safely between the sheltered environment and the larger, common pedagogical community. You do this in close, committed collaboration with the other educators in the house and PPR, which ensures you fixed supervision.

We are looking for an educator

• There is strength in relationships – both to children, parents and colleagues.
• There is experience from the general area and you can bridge between the general and the specialized.
• There is adaptability and a structured approach – you can stay calm and adjust the framework when the children's needs change.
• There is an view of action plans as an active tool to create direction and successes for the individual child.
• There is a team player with the courage to try new ideas.
