Educator for Skørping SFO

We are looking for a trained pedagogue for a permanent position of 30 hours from December 1 in possibly Denmark's coolest SFO. You will primarily be attached to the SFO with some coordinator-like tasks, as well as support hours in the school part.

Skørping School is nicely situated in the scenic Rold Forest and close to both town and station. The school has two/three tracks with about 600 students distributed across 0.-9th grade, of which about 220 children attend the SFO and 110 in Klubben. In addition, we have the AK and Skoven special classes attached at Skørping School. Some of these children attend our SFO during after-hours.

Our SFO is highly inspired by playfulness, which is why we work with the adults' play personalities and how they can contribute to the children's versatile personal development. Here, our outdoor area is a huge asset, which is one of the reasons we are a DGI-certified SFO. Therefore we incorporate movement as a natural part of our daily activities with the children with a view to strengthening and developing their academic and social skills.

In our pedagogical work with initiatives in the children’s group we use the tools Skolestyrken and PBL, as they are based on the community rather than the individual.
