Are you an educator? Maybe recently graduated and dream of a place where you can land safely in the profession, develop your professional skills and be part of a strong community?

Toftegården is looking for an educator on November 1 or as soon as possible thereafter.

With us, play is not just something children do – it is a professional approach we share as adults.

We believe that the body remembers, and that play, immersion and collective reflection create the best conditions for children's well-being, learning and development. Now we are looking for an educator who wants to grow with us.

Who are we?

We are an integrated day care institution that since 1997 has worked purposefully with shared professionalism and a safe working environment. With us you become part of a team where it is okay not to know everything from the start – and where sparring, curiosity and reflection are a natural part of everyday life.

We have a rich outdoor life, where nature is actively used in play and learning, and we go on a colony trip to Sagnlandet Lejre. We use every opportunity that gives children and adults the chance for immersion, community and professional development in unique settings.

We place great emphasis on following the children's lead and shaping our activities and everyday life according to their needs.

Who are you?

Educated educator, preferably freshly graduated as

• Is curious about children's emotional development and relational work
• wants to learn, reflect and develop professionally
• thrives in communities and contributes positively to job satisfaction
• is ready to put on the flight suit and move play outdoors

Your tasks, which you share with your colleagues

• Create safe and developmental environments for the children
• Engage in relational work with support and sparring from colleagues
• Actively participate in reflection and joint professional development
• Help make everyday life playful, educational and meaningful
• Build good collaborative relationships with parents
