We are seeking a pedagogue for a permanent position of 37 hours per week with employment starting 1 December 2026.

You will be employed at Ventemøllegården with the current placement at Bjørnene – a kindergarten group with children aged 3-5 years.

At Bjørnene you will be part of a group with familiar and engaged adults, where we focus on the children's well-being, relationships, play and participation in the community. We are looking for a pedagogue who wants to actively bring their professional expertise into play and help develop our shared pedagogical practice.

… are a trained pedagogue with experience from early childhood education and are passionate about creating strong child communities.

We want a pedagogue who is motivated by professional reflection, collaboration and development, and who wants to make a difference for both children, parents and the pedagogical practice.

You translate your expertise into practice and see the value of present adults who actively participate in the children's play and learning. You are curious about your own practice, contribute to joint reflection and take responsibility – both for your own room and for Ventemøllegården as a whole.

You thrive in close collaboration with children, colleagues and parents.

Your special competencies are a strength

We see it as a strength if you have special professional or personal interests that you would like to bring into play in daily life. This could be motor skills, music, scouting, science – or something else entirely.

About Ventemøllegården

Ventemøllegården is an integrated day care with both nursery and kindergarten.

We work with a basis in Marte Meo, and a mentalizing approach and the strengthened pedagogical curriculum. Together we develop a common pedagogical practice where all children experience participation, presence and strong communities.

You will become part of a professional work community where we develop the pedagogical practice through sparring, reflection and collaboration.

Our opening hours are 6:00-17:30, and there are evening meetings as well as occasional pedagogical Saturdays during the year.
