Do you want to be part of a small and close-knit house where coherence, security, traditions and a good laugh are part of everyday life?

A pedagogue is sought for the nursery in Havndal School and Children's Village. The position is 30 hours per week with start date December 1, 2026, possibly November 1 if possible.

About us

Havndal School and Children's Village is a well-established institution from 0 years up to and including 6th grade. We are a stable staff group that collaborates in a positive atmosphere. We regard the house as one unified community, where nursery, kindergarten, after-school care (SFO) and school are closely connected.

• We collaborate across our departments
• Joint supervision in the nursery, kindergarten and SFO during holidays as well as at the start and end of the day

We are looking for an educator who

• has a big heart for the youngest
• potentially has experience from other nurseries or dreams of working with the youngest children
• is professionally grounded and reflective, both alone and in interaction with colleagues
• can observe, document children's well-being, development and learning.
• can use documentation as a basis for pedagogical reflections and actions.
• will be the primary educator for a group of children.
• works affirmatively, structured and inclusive
• is a team player who takes responsibility and contributes positively to the community
• thrives in outdoor life and sees opportunities rather than limitations
• values collaboration and openness with colleagues and parents highly
• has humor, creativity and flexibility
• can work in the span 6.10 – 16.50
