In Børnehuset Vandfaldet we are looking for a trained pedagogue for our nursery.

For us, good pedagogy begins with the relationship. We are focused on the child's perspective, play, regulation, strong children’s communities and the adult's significance.

The past 1½ years the entire staff has been part of a joint quality and competence lift, among other things inspired by Tea Thyrre Sørensen's neuropsychological and relational perspectives.

We don’t only ask

“Why does the child do that?”

but also

“What is the child trying to tell us – and what can we adults do differently?”

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are set by negotiation within the applicable collective agreement and according to the principles of Ny Løn. Egedal Municipality conducts criminal background and child protection checks for all new employees.
