Educator for the Lysholt nursery.

We are seeking, as of 1/11-2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, an educator for 35 hours for our nursery at Lysholt.

We are a municipal day-care institution located in the eastern part of Ikast town, where we have general children aged 0-6 years. In addition, we have referred children aged 0-6 years who have various extensive disabilities.

We also have our own school offer for referred children. The school is a strongly specialized school offer for pupils who need to be in a smaller, calm, shielded and predictable learning environment with adults very close by.

As an educator in the nursery at Lysholt, we expect that you

• Support the individual child's learning and development of independence and self-reliance.
• Are ambitious on behalf of the profession and keep yourself up to date within nursery pedagogy.
• Are theoretically and professionally well-founded and can translate it into practice.
• Are appreciative and resource-focused.
• Understand how to communicate with parents and involve them so that a safe and trusting collaboration is created.
• Can convey and document pedagogy verbally and in writing, via newsletters, on Aula as well as in relation to external partners.
• Have a positive attitude and contribute to making everyday life work in a sometimes busy daily life.
• Are prepared to be flexible, cooperative, responsible, have a positive work ethic and take shared responsibility for our working environment.
