Then you may be our upcoming colleague. Børnehuset Kirke Værløse, Furesø Municipality, is currently seeking a friendly, present, creative and engaged pedagogue/assistant, who with high professional standards can join our team.

We need you by October 1st or as soon as possible.

You should be prepared to work with children aged 0–5 years, but you may specify which age group you would prefer to work with.

The kindergarten is normed for 26 nursery children and 55 kindergarten children, distributed in two departments. We work purposefully to create a daily life filled with closeness and immersion, where there is room for play and development for all children and adults.

• aware of your pedagogical professionalism, and able to translate it into practice
• also able to create reflections on one’s own and others' practice in an appreciative collaboration with colleagues and management
• ready with a caring, present and curious approach to the children, and able to follow the child’s lead
• ready to participate in and around play with the group of children, thereby contributing to the children's play skills and social development
• concerned with developing optimal learning environments that support all children's well-being, development and learning
• a person with good collaboration skills among diverse colleagues, shows courage, initiative and commitment in your work
• the type who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• flexible and eager to participate in many different activities, both outdoors and indoors with the children
• friendly and have a positive approach to both children, parents and colleagues.
• Have a good sense of humor and be quick to laugh
