About the job

Carelink Group – Social & Family is seeking a number of pedagogues

Do you want to be part of an organization with high professional quality? Do you want to make a difference for children, young people and adults with various challenges? Do you have the ambition to use your skills to ensure development and well-being by creating stability in vulnerable lives? Can you see yourself in a dynamic environment where no day is the same? If yes, you may be our new colleague.

Who are we?

Carelink Group – Social & Family - serves the country’s municipalities with services within specially adapted emergency placements, practical pedagogical support at home, support from a contact person and family treatment.

About the job

We are seeking a number of employees with a solid background and experience with the target group of particularly vulnerable children, youths and adults. Your background should preferably be within the social-/special-, and/or psychiatry field, and you should thrive in close relational work with citizens and at the same time take pride in supporting the citizen’s development at a high professional level in close collaboration with your colleagues.

There will predominantly be around-the-clock shifts, and you will spend the shift either alone or with a colleague, depending on task complexity. We have services across the country.

You are employed as part of a team and work with your colleagues around the pedagogical effort, which varies depending on the citizen’s needs and the municipality’s wishes for the intervention.

Our interventions are categorized within respectively

· Autism

· Criminality & Addiction

· Child-/youth psychiatry and self-harm

· Neuro-pedagogy

The task includes day, evening and night shifts and is planned for both weekdays and weekends.

These are tasks where you must be well qualified for the job, be naturally curious about your own and others’ professional knowledge and be able to translate development goals into practical pedagogical actions that support the citizen’s development.

You must be able to thrive in a daily life that can be both variable and require you to take responsibility and action on the challenges that arise, but also to assess when you should reach out for sparring and help from your coordinator or nearest manager.

We expect from you

  • That you have knowledge of and experience in working with socially vulnerable children, youths and adults - and their families/networks.
  • That you have a relevant education within the social-/special education field / have a social-/healthcare background and relevant pedagogical experience with the target group.
  • That you can work independently, be proactive, and that you can plan your own time, receive follow-up and complete the things you initiate.
  • That you can see yourself joining a team where things are fast-paced, and where we lift together.
  • That you are flexible and responsible – and possess a high degree of tolerance and patience.
  • That you possess a strong commitment, are flexible and responsible, and that you are passionate about making a difference for children and youths with diverse challenges.
  • That you think holistically and can engage in both internal and external collaborative relationships.
  • That you are mentally robust and can maintain an overview, and show calm in stressful and conflict-filled situations.
  • That you can approach your work tasks systematically and in a structured manner.
  • That you are good at observing and documenting your work on a professionally well-founded basis.
  • That you are professionally well-founded in your observations and skilled in daily documentation and journaling.
  • That you have a clean criminal record and a child safeguarding clearance.
  • That you have a driving license and your own car.

What we offer

  • An exciting workplace with high professionalism and associated professional supervision and sparring.
  • Professional challenges and relevant competence development.
  • Good colleagues with a high professional level, strong commitment and ambitions.
  • A workday that is never the same.
