Dagtilbud Sydøst is seeking pedagogues in Børnehuset Munkdrup (37 hours)

We expect that

• The pedagogue can use theoretical and research-based knowledge in their core task - to create well-being, learning and development for the children.
• The pedagogue can translate knowledge into practice - including reflecting and communicating with professionals and parents.
• The pedagogue has the ability to establish versatile learning environments within language development, motor skills, cultural dissemination, creativity and the natural science area.
• The pedagogue can plan the pedagogical work and ensure that it is carried out with a certain degree of systematics and purpose.
• The pedagogue is responsible for ensuring that pedagogical activities and processes are planned and carried out in accordance with the law.
• At the same time, the pedagogue must be able to cooperate with and instruct, guide and inspire pedagogical assistants and students in pedagogical work, ethics and norms.
• The pedagogue can work in collegial teams and have knowledge of teambuilding techniques and group dynamics.
• The pedagogue is particularly interested in and has knowledge about nature as a residence and learning environment.
• The pedagogue can work independently and take the lead in the pedagogical work.

The work is for children aged 0-2 years and 3-5 years.

Børnehuset Munkdrup is a newly built facility from March 2024 located in Munkdrup surrounded by beautiful nature such as lakes, marshes, green areas and forest. We are a combined institution with space for 56 toddlers and 100 kindergarten children.

We have a large hilly playground with, among other things, playhouses, sandpits, a slide, swings and a bike track. Inside, we have the opportunity to transform our common room into a motor skills room or use our long corridors for motor activities.

Here the core task and the child perspective are in focus. We emphasize relationship-building, well-being, security and development. The children love being surrounded by adults with a playful and appreciative approach.

Pedagogically, we work purposefully with an affirmative view of children and a high degree of child involvement in all daily routines and activities.
