Dagtilbuddet Midt søger uddannede pædagoger til Børnehaven Hedevang i Alslev, Børnehuset Kærhøgevej, Børnehuset Vestervold og i Daginstitutionen Østervang, Varde - 37 timer om ugen fra den 1. december 2026.

Alle stillinger er pt. i børnehave - 3,1 år til skolestart.

• experience it as important to contribute to a good psychosocial work environment, professional development and well-being in Dagtilbuddet Midt and in our local staff groups.
• are trained pedagogues with a desire to learn, develop and undertake further education,
• work didactically, and can document and describe their pedagogical work,

A bit about Dagtilbuddet Midt

We are a jointly run day-care that consists of the municipal day-care facilities in Varde Town and Hedevang Kindergarten in Alslev. Our main mission is to create value and make a positive difference for the children and families who come to our institutions every day. In addition, to give the children trust, security and recognition through clarity, respect and presence, based on the Municipality of Varde’s values: decent, value-creating and strong.
