Educators for Lundely Children's House

We are looking for you who, together with colleagues, can follow the children’s tracks and help create the best everyday life for the children at Lundely Børnehus.

The positions are 37 hours, but we are open to your needs. The positions are available from 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. We are looking for 1 pedagogue for our kindergarten and 1 for our nursery.

We are looking for

We are looking for pedagogues who focus on and can create strong relationships. You are present in your contact with others and you have a positive approach to collaboration with children, families and colleagues.

You are playful, professional and caring

We work based on the strengthened pedagogical framework, where the playful approach has great value and where learning is integrated into the daily routines.

We particularly focus on following the child’s path and creating learning through play and pedagogical activities. We believe this contributes to good well-being and the best development opportunities for our children. We keep an eye on ensuring that both children and adults experience smiles, well-being and opportunities to practice.

Safe conditions in scenic surroundings. Lundely Børnehus is housed in well-established bright premises at N. W. Gadesvej 20 in Fredensborg, close to nature and public transport. We are committed to the good childhood and actively work to develop and adjust our learning environments. We work to create good opportunities for children’s communities and the adults’ positions, in order to support all children’s participation opportunities.

We meet across rooms and reflect on practice at our strategic meetings. In addition, we have staff meetings and preparation time.
