Do you want to help create safe, developing and meaningful everyday lives for children – in a kindergarten house where professionalism, community and curiosity go hand in hand?

Børnehuset Abildvej seeks an educational staff member for 37 hours for a permanent position with start on 1.11.2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. We are an integrated kindergarten house with 90 children divided into 2 nursery groups and 4 kindergarten groups. You should be able to see yourself as part of the whole house, and we are looking for you who want to throw yourself into with curiosity about what lies behind the child's behavior, and who thrive on being part of a team where we together develop practice and help each other forward.

You don’t have to be able to do everything. We are primarily looking for a colleague who has a desire for the children, the profession and the community.

In everyday life we place emphasis on you being present, acknowledging and clear in your approach – both in meeting with children, parents and colleagues. You will become an active part of planning and organizing the day, where together we create frameworks that invite the children to participation, play and learning based on their starting points. We work with planned learning processes focusing on well-being, development and strong child communities – and that all children feel they belong.
