Naturbørnehaven Hejlskovgaard is seeking a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant who loves to work outdoors in sun, rain and wind. Precisely you, who can be with people in a clear, respectful and appreciative manner .

Naturbørnehaven Hejlskovgaard is part of Møldrup Børnehus, and is normed for 50 kindergarten children.

The kindergarten is located with heath hills, brook and forest all around it. We use this lovely area in our daily pedagogical work. We are outdoors for a large part of the day and thus also in almost all kinds of weather!

Our age-grouped child groups have a planned morning during the week where they use the indoors. We work in a structured daily routine, with a focus on inclusive communities where all children have the opportunity to contribute with their different competencies. ”We Learn Together” (VLS) is also a part of our pedagogical everyday life.
