On-call pedagogical substitute sought for HabitusHuset Toreby on Lolland

As a on-call substitute at Habitus, you can expect long onboarding meetings, which give you few working days and thus high flexibility in your private life. You will work every day with colleagues who – like you – are passionate about helping those who are struggling.

This is for you , who want to become an on-call substitute at a residential facility where we work every day to support and assist residents with special needs. You can look forward to close collaboration in the fixed team around the resident as well as with the rest of the house in daily sparring.

With us you will have great responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks. You will become an important part of the house with the possibility to make independent decisions. Sparring is also a natural part of everyday life, where we are curious about each other and our differences.

We expect that you have

• Knowledge of autism for working with vulnerable residents
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
• A professionalism that enables you to show calm, even when the waves are high
• A high degree of empathy, honesty and willingness to take responsibility
• Experience with personal care
• Driver's license B

The residential facility HabitusHuset Toreby is centrally located in a former school in Toreby with a view of fields and forest. In addition to the facility in Toreby, we also have four affiliated standalone facilities. Stentegård in Rødby, Pederstrup in Horslunde, Avnede in Nakskov and Valtersvej in Nysted.
