Pedagogical Assistant for BFO Måløvhøj School – BFO Fredegården

Would you like to help give the children at Fredegården a fantastic day with humor, joy and plenty of activities, then you are the one we are looking for.

BFO Fredegården on the Måløv site is seeking as soon as possible a pedagogical assistant for 25 hours.

Your main tasks

As a pedagogical assistant at BFO Fredegården, you will be part of an engaged team that works to create safe, fun and development-oriented spaces for the children in their free time. We would very much like you to have some special interests that you can contribute with in the BFO part.

Your tasks will include

• Create positive and safe relationships with the children
• Actively participate in the children's play and support the children's community
• Implement and participate in pedagogical activities
• Work with well-being, inclusion and conflict resolution
• Receive sparring and support from pedagogical colleagues
• Participate in practical tasks and daily routines such as light tidying and emptying the dishwasher

Who we are

BFO Måløvhøj is part of the district school Måløvhøj School, which is located on two sites: Måløv site and Østerhøj site. The BFO consists of a total of three departments, of which two are on the Måløv site and one on the Østerhøj site.

On department Fredegården at Måløv site there are currently 106 children from 0-3 years and 11 staff are attached.

On department Kilden at Måløv site there are currently 132 children from 0-3 years and 11 staff are attached.

On department Højen at Østerhøj site there are currently 182 children from 0-3 years and 16 staff are attached.

Working hours

Working hours will mainly be between 08:00-17:00 on school days and 6:40-17:00 during school holidays/breaks.

Hiring process and interviews

The position is a permanent position.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for pedagogical assistants in municipalities and following principles of local salary formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 27,766 – 33,361 per month before pension (37 hours)

The salary depends on negotiations between the manager and the professional organization that has the right to negotiate for the applicable collective agreement.

The salary composition depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
