Pedagogical Assistant to Margueritten (Nursery)

We are seeking an energetic, experienced and positive pedagogical assistant who is in touch with children — someone who can work in an affirming and caring way, who happily rolls in the grass, sits in the sand, builds Lego, goes on trips, etc. – all within the collaboration and interaction with our children and other staff.

We are looking for a new colleague from December 1, 2026, who wants to join a close collaboration around the children and the daily activities. It is possible to start earlier – though not a requirement. The position is 37 hours and as a rule in the baby room.

Margueritten Childhouse has grown after being a satellite offering. We are in the process of developing into an integrated institution with currently a baby group and a kindergarten group. We are a small house, and therefore we all know each other and help and spar with each other in daily life. We work with a structured daily routine, where we focus on activities and outings in small groups. We are often outside, on the playground and on trips year-round and in all kinds of weather.

At Margueritten we work structurally and relationally – for example in child groups, transitions, language, movement, and the sense of community with designed themed play environments. We have a strong focus on our pedagogical practice and we reflect/discuss pedagogical practice daily. We believe that we have the city's best early childhood offering – and we would like you to be part of it.

Working hours are shifting and fall within the period 6:30–16:45 (Friday 6:30–16:00). We have 10 evening meetings a year where we hold staff meetings. In addition, we hold room meetings and pedagogue/pedagogical assistant meetings with time for planning, sparring and evaluation.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement.
