In Naturinstitutionen Pinjevej we are looking for a pedagogical assistant for the kindergarten , who will help create a daily life characterized by care, play, presence and clear structure.

With us, the relationship with the child is always the starting point – and the small moments in everyday life are what make the big difference.

An institution in development

We are in the midst of an exciting fusion between Pinjevejens Børnehus and Naturinstitutionen Bøgebladet. During the winter of 2026 we will come together on one site at Pinjevej 2 and organize ourselves into smaller units (Clustering). With nursery and kindergarten in every cluster.

A daily life with the youngest in focus

In the kindergarten we work to create

• Safe and familiar frameworks
• Clear structure and organization in everyday life
• Present adults who see and engage with the child
• Play and moments of encounter where relationships arise and develop

We focus on being close to the children – both in routines and in play.

Your tasks

As a pedagogical assistant you will become an important part of daily life, where you

• Actively participate in play and interaction with the children
• Contribute to a structured and calm daily life
• Are present during the child’s kindergarten day
• Collaborate closely with colleagues
• Help create good moments of meeting with each individual child
• Be able to organize activities for a group of children

We are looking for someone who

• Wants to work with the 3-5-year-olds
• Can see the pedagogical assistant role as a permanent position
• Is caring, present and attentive in the meeting with the child
• Can work in a structured way and contribute to organizing daily life
• Thrives in play and interaction with children
• Is good at collaborating and contributes positively to the community
• Dares to take responsibility – and ask for help

Practical

Working hours: 34-37 hours

Employment: December 1 or as soon as possible thereafter
