About the job

Paid Media Specialist at Lederne

Do you want to help raise our performance marketing to the next level?

Are you passionate about data, optimization and performance – and motivated by constantly testing, learning and improving? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

At Lederne we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will become a central part of our Media Performance team and play an important role in driving results across our digital media channels.

As a Paid Media Specialist you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will work data-driven, analytical and with a focus on creating measurable results – whether the goal is lead generation, member recruitment or online sales.

About us

You will become part of a strong Media Performance team consisting of four sharp colleagues who work across many different media channels – from offline media to SEM, organic and paid social.

We work closely together, test new things and challenge each other to continually create better results. Sparring, knowledge sharing and professional development are natural parts of our everyday life, while well-being, humor and a strong collegial community are at the core.

You will become part of the Marketing and Communications area, where we collaborate closely across teams and disciplines and share a common focus on creating strong commercial results.

About the job

As a Paid Media Specialist you will have a hands-on responsibility for planning, executing and optimizing paid initiatives. You will work closely with both platforms and data and have the opportunity to translate your analyses and insights into concrete optimizations yourself.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to

  • Plan, execute and optimize advertising on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into concrete recommendations and optimizations.
  • Continuously adjust bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through structured work with A/B testing of ads, audiences and messages.
  • Ensure correct tracking, quality in complex campaign setups and valid data.
  • Prepare reporting and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Work targeted on lead generation and optimize both volume, quality and conversion rate.
  • Contribute to developing our way of working with performance marketing through new tools, automation and ongoing testing of new approaches.

Your profile

You have solid hands-on experience with digital advertising and thrive working directly in platforms and with data. You are motivated by creating results through continuous optimization, testing and learning.

We imagine that you

  • Have solid experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and GA4.
  • Have a strong understanding of numbers, data and performance and can translate data into concrete actions.
  • Have experience with bid management platforms.
  • Have experience with Python, Google Ads Scripts or other automation tools that can streamline campaign management.
  • Are familiar with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understand the interplay between paid media and other marketing channels.
  • Have knowledge of SEO/GEO.
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented way and have an eye for quality in both setup, data and execution.
  • Are curious and proactive and eager to explore new possibilities and test new approaches.
  • Are a team player who actively contributes to shared success, sparring and knowledge sharing.

You do not need to be able to check every box. The most important for us is that you have a strong professional foundation and a genuine curiosity about how we can create even better performance.

We hope that, like us, you will not settle for simply stating that "it works". You will want to know why it works – and what it takes to make it even better. For you, data is not just reporting, but a tool to ask the next questions, find new opportunities and create better results.

We offer

That you become part of Denmark’s largest professional organization for leaders, which daily works to provide security for Danish leaders so that they can exercise good leadership. Your workday will offer variety, and there will be a great deal of freedom to adapt tasks to your needs.

A key role, with a very special opportunity to make a difference for our commercial business.

A position focused on continuous learning and personal as well as professional development.

Seven weeks of holiday, lunch arrangement from Meyers Kantiner and a range of other employee benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, accident insurance, sports activities, massage arrangement, etc.

About Lederne

In 2026 Lederne received the Great Place to Work® award as Denmark’s 4th best workplace among large companies and we also received the special prize for equality.

”The awards mean a lot. Not least because it is the employees' own assessments behind them. Lederne is proud of and grateful for that. And perhaps the two awards go hand in hand. For when there is room for diversity, it creates inclusivity and a culture that supports well-being and a good working environment,” says CEO Bodil Nordestgaard Ismiris.

We lead by example to create a sustainable workplace where we are both ambitious and down-to-earth. Where we include both the serious and the informal. Where we are here for each other, while also making space to be there for our families. We are Denmark’s largest professional community for leaders. And in a time full of challenges, we go to work to make a difference in the world.

We actively work with diversity and inclusion and always strive to maintain a diverse workforce. Therefore, we encourage everyone, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, religion, age, physical or mental disabilities, gender diversity, sexuality, political affiliation, etc., to apply for the position.
