At Vinduespudserskolen, you typically start as an apprentice because you dream of more freedom in your daily life.

It’s simple. Imagine that the window cleaner arrives at a customer at the time that suits him. He cleans the house all the way around in 5 minutes, the system automatically sends an invoice of 399 DKK to the customer and navigates him to the next customer along the way.

Then you can do the math yourself. If you do it once a day, 22 days a month, you have 8,778 DKK in revenue. Do it like the others, just 15 times a day, you’ll generate 131,670 DKK per month. And of course there are those who perform twice as much, and those who soon reach 1 million DKK per month (where their employees perform the task, employees they also train at the school).

A listing needs a catchy headline, but to explain it: The model has been the starting point for us to help many of our students become among the top 1% richest in their age group. Typically people who didn’t fit into traditional schooling.

In short, it is the foundation of Vinduespudserskolen. With systems and intensive training, from the craft down at the school to the entire business, e.g., selling at higher prices and with shorter intervals, we optimize for the students. We are a full-time team that does nothing but support, develop, and train our students in what they need.

When the students have learned to sell at good prices, with good intervals and many neighbours, we also help them reinvest a portion into initiatives like Meta Ads. It must never be their only source of new customers.

This is where you come in

Malte today is responsible for running ads for a wide range of students. For the last 4 years, he has done nothing but secure the best customers for window cleaning companies, so he has extensive expertise in the area. Now we have reached a point where we would like to add one more person to the team to work with Malte.

We imagine that you have experience with Meta Ads, which you can demonstrate. Google Ads is a plus, but not required. The most important thing is that you are never fully satisfied and you always want to figure out how a campaign can be improved.

You keep up with what happens with AI, and actively use it, e.g., with Make, to automate reporting and the tasks we do again and again. Not to do things sloppily, but to free up time so we can use it on what makes a difference for the students: to understand them, talk to them, and give them a better and more personal product.

You will hold meetings with the students and be involved in the entire funnel, from ad to website. We currently outsource the websites, but we would like to do them in-house in the future. And you should be eager to become really skilled in one area.

Who you are

You start with intensive training. We imagine that you take responsibility for what you have promised a student and deliver it. You are punctual with your commitments and expect the same from others. And you like working in a team.

You will become part of an ambitious team that wants you to develop alongside us. Salary according to qualifications.

The position is full-time, and you work physically from our office by Vesterport in Copenhagen. We would like to have you on board as soon as possible.
